19° arrondissement
The 19th arrondissement (XIXe arrondissement), located on the Right Bank, is one of the 20 arrondissements of Paris, France. It is crossed by two canals, the Canal Saint-Denis and the Canal de l'Ourcq, which meet at the level of the Parc de la Villette.
The 19th arrondissement hosts the public park of Buttes Chaumont located on a hill. It also hosts the Parc de la Villette, encompassing the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, which is an exhibition center dedicated to sciences and industries, and the Cité de la Musique, harbouring the Conservatoire de Paris, one of the most-renowned music schools in Europe.
