This fully furnished apartment is located at the first floor and was completely renovated in 2008. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with two double beds connected to the roof terrace! The bathroom is equipped with shower and bath. The open kitchen is situated in the living room and has utilities as dishwasher and combi-microwave. In the living area you find a comfortable huge sofa and dining table with four chairs, Also provided in the living room you find a large LCD TV with extra channels, DVD and home cinema system, In the entire apartment you can use the wireless internet and a washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The apartment is ideal for 2 couples or businessmen looking for the highest standards and an extremely central location:
• In the middle of the famous canal zone (between Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht)
• The central station is 5minutes by tram
• Restaurants in all price categories and of all destinations can be found within (safe) walking distance.

Check-out time: 11:00 hours
Important: If you require an early check-in (before 09:00) or a late check-in (after 19:00) there is a surcharge of € 35,- to be paid in cash upon arrival.
If you like to stay in the apartment till after 11:00 on the day of departure, we will charge € 62,50 in cash. Then check-out time is extended till 16:00. (We cannot guarantee late check-out, this is based upon availability)
