This compact 115 m2 small canal house is unique as each floor is designed for one specific living area.
As you enter on the ground floor there is a sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra persons. Opposite is the door to the cellar containing a washing machine and dryer.
Going up the typical narrow staircase found in these Amsterdam canal houses you enter the living room situated on the first floor. Here you find a large sofa, flat screen TV with international channel pack, DVD, Bose stereo and wireless Internet. Through the high windows there is a fabulous view onto the canal.
On the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, and a dining table that can seat 6 people.
The second bedroom and bathroom are situated on the third floor. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wash basin and lavatory.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor with a king-size double bed and TV. On each floor there is a spectacular canal view.
Two of Amsterdam’s prominent canals are around the corner and you are within two minutes walk from Dam Square. This apartment is very central but at the same time is quiet due to the location.
All trams are within walking distance.

Check-in time: 15:00 hours
Check-out time: 11:00 hours
Important: If you require an early check-in (before 09:00) or a late check-in (after 19:00) there is a surcharge of € 35,- to be paid in cash upon arrival.
If you like to stay in the apartment till after 11:00 on the day of departure, we will charge € 62,50 in cash. Then check-out time is extended till 16:00. (We cannot guarantee late check-out, this is based upon availability)
