Casa Bel Terrazzo is a one bedroom apartment located at Via Leopoldo Serra, a very quiet street in between Trastevere and Porta Portese famous Market.
As a highlight it features a breathtaking 60-sqm terrace overlooking the gianicolo Hill Of Rome.
The apartment is located at the 5th floor with elevator of a modern building, and features a double bedroom with large wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a dining area with big windows facing the great private 60-sqm Terrace to enjoy the great Rome sunsets. Completes the apartment a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The location is very good for those who want to be quiet, as this is the less busy part of Trastevere, even though there is a supermarket just in front. If you don't like to walk, the tram that stops right here will take you to the main historic centre in 5 minutes.
