How to book
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
1. First you should enter the dates of your stay and the number of people you will be on the search engine of our website.
2. Then you can check all the availabilities we have for the selected dates.
3. Select the apartment you would like to book.
4. Please introduce your details, and screen will appears showing you all the economic details. To make the reservation, you have to pay a %* -depending on the apartment- of the total amount (the reservation price is included in the total amount, it’s not an extra charge), by credit card or bank transfer:
a) If you choose to do it by credit card you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail in few seconds as soon as your payment will be accepted.
b) If you prefer to pay by bank transfer you’ll receive an e-mail with the instructions of how to do the transfer.
5. After that our bank will give you confirmation of your payment, you can print a receipt of it.
6. As soon as we receive the prepayment we will confirm you sending formal confirmation with Ref. booking and all the apartment details.

CONDITIONS OF THE STAY
The arrival time will be communicated to us at least 3 days before the arrival per e-mail to the contact person that will be given to you on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00
Arrivals after 21:00 will have an extra charge of 30 Euros.
Arrivals after 01:00 will have an extra charge of 50 Euros.
The keys are given when the amount of the stay is paid by cash.
Check out time is at 11:00 am.
The deposit will be refunded when we get the keys back and check that the apartment and the furniture are in order.
Handing the keys means the acceptance of the apartment’s state.
VERY IMPORTANT
It is forbidden to have more people than mentioned in the previous contract.
The rest and the tranquillity of the neighbours must be respected. Consequently, the noise is forbidden after 9:30 pm, inside the apartment or returning at nighttime. Special attention when closing the entrance and the apartment’s doors.
The neighbourhood’s rest and respect is very important for us and we will not tolerate people who do not respect these norms and they will automatically be asked to leave without any refund of the amount paid.
We do not accept groups of people who come to Barcelona for stag or hen parties.
