This studio of 30 sqm is located on the 3rd floor without any lift. Ideally calm, both windows gives on a lovely courtyard. The main room has a double bed and a large closet, a dining area and an office area. As your desires, you could watch international cable television, surf on high speed Internet or listen some music thanks to the Hi-Fi system. You have access to the mobile air-conditioner. The bathroom is furnished in a modern style: a washbasin on a wooden closet and a bathtub equipped with a shower. You would find all you need during your stay (air drier, towels...).The toilets are apart from the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with dish washer, boiler, coffee pot, toaster along with all the dishes you may need during your stay. It is also equipped with a refrigerator, combi oven/microwave, and two built in cookers.
