The studio flats have a surface area of 26 square metres (equivalent to a large hotel room). They include a double bedroom, and the majority of them have a small lounge with a chaise longue (which can also act as third bed) and a large table. Fitted kitchen equipped with a 140-litre refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic glass hob, micro-wave oven with grill and cooker hood. Full bathroom. Autonomous air-conditioning. Optionally for longer rental periods, a combined washer-drier washing -machine can be provided. Up to three persons can stay in this type of studio flat.

Bearing in mind that the supplements are low for each extra person occupying the studio flats and apartments, over and above the first two, the average price per person for the accommodation will be quite cheap overall despite initially being a high-level tariff. If in addition to this we remember that, with the vending-machine already existing in the building (and the future shop) and the fact that the studio flats and apartments all have kitchens, it is possible to prepare conveniently meals at very reasonable prices, this accommodation will represent excellent value for money, enabling a family group, for instance, to enjoy a very cheap holiday.
